Certification gives you full accreditation to use the entire TalentPredix™ strengths assessment suite — five powerful tools on one unified platform. That includes the TalentPredix™ Standard Profile (a scientifically validated strengths self-assessment), all three TalentPredix™ 360 feedback tools (Essential, Self-Mastery, and Leadership), and the TalentPredix™ Team Profile for strengths-based team development. Together, these cover every level of an organisation — from individual contributors and early-career professionals through to senior leaders and leadership teams.
